At Maithilkoji, we currently do not have a cancellation policy for orders placed with prepaid payment methods. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you accidentally place the wrong order or need to modify your existing order, our team can assist in updating the product details according to your requirements.

To make changes, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +91 8700958159 or email us at sales@maithilkoji.com within 1 working day or before your order is dispatched. Our team will update the details from the backend and communicate any changes to you.

Important Notes

– Orders can be canceled only before dispatch has been initiated. Once processed, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
– If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we will refund the full amount.
– For returns or cancellations, refunds will be initiated after the product is returned to us and verified for condition and packaging.
– Please be aware that certain orders may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason.
– If we suspect fraudulent activity related to any transaction, we may cancel those orders. We will maintain a blacklist of fraudulent transactions and customers, denying access or canceling future orders from those accounts.
– Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order.
