We provide a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned item(s) to reach us.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags still attached, and include a valid proof of purchase.
• Customized or perishable items are non-returnable.
• Items purchased during promotions like (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer a credit note for the original amount, which can be used for future purchases.

Maithilkoji reserves the right to decline any return or refund request if:

• The item is not returned in its original condition.
• The return request is made after the 7-day period.
• The product shows signs of use or damage.
