Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Maithilkoji, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across all major cities in India.

How COD Works
  1. Placing Your Order: When you place an order on our website, simply enter your address during the checkout process.
  2. Minimum Order Requirement: COD is available for orders with a minimum value of INR 499 (including shipping charges). Please note that orders exceeding INR 2000 are not eligible for COD.
  3. Service Availability: We ship through various courier companies, so COD is only available in areas where their services support it. If COD is an option for your location, you’ll see it listed among the payment methods.

Alternative Payment OptionsIf COD is unavailable in your area, you can complete your order using credit card, debit card, or net banking.

5. Address Verification: Our team will verify that you have provided a complete address. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via the registered mobile number. Failure to provide the required details may result in order cancellation.

6. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is processed, you will be notified when a courier is assigned. You can track your shipment to ensure you receive it.

Delivery Process

Payment on Delivery: At the time of delivery, you must hand over the cash to the delivery person in order to receive your package. Please note that the courier will not allow you to open the package at that moment.

Return Policy: If you wish to return any products, we have a return policy in place.

Refusal of Shipment: If you refuse to accept the shipment, you may lose the ability to use COD on future orders.

Refunds and Claims

No Refunds for Delivered COD Orders: Once a COD order is delivered, it cannot be refunded. However, you will receive a discount coupon or replacement of the same value that can be redeemed on our website.

Damaged Items: If any items are damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include pictures of the damaged items for verification. A replacement or refund will be processed within 3-4 working days after your claim is received.
